Not a big story in a game when 8th ranked Lightning (7-12) was outscored by fifth ranked Senators (12-7) in Bullcreek 100-77 on Friday. Senators forced 24 Lightning turnovers. It was a great shooting night for Senators especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 52.4 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists. The victory was the fifth consecutive win for Senators. They maintain fifth place with 12-7 record. Lightning lost their third game in a row. They dropped to the ninth position with 12 games lost.
