Regular Season Round 10: Blackburn - Wyndham 107-116

Big V top team -Devils (11-2) managed to deliver another win on Saturday. This time they beat eleventh ranked Vikings (2-11) in Melbourne 116-107 . Worth to mention a great performance of American guard Troyce Manassa (193-1993, college: SSU) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 23 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists. Forward Adetomi Ayilara (208-1998, college: Cloud County) contributed with 17 points, 7 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) for the winners. American guard James Legan (190-1987, college: ECU) replied with 29 points and 8 rebounds and his fellow American import point guard Kortland Martin (180, college: FHU) added 26 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Blackburn. Five Wyndham and four Blackburn players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Wyndham maintains first position with 11-2 record. Blackburn lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the eleventh place with 11 games lost. They share the position with Western PS.
