Not a big story in a game when 9th ranked Magic (1-5) lost to fifth ranked Thunder (4-2) in Melbourne 58-74 on Saturday. Thunder forced 20 Magic turnovers. It was a very good performance for point guard Ellen Kett (170-94, college: Simon Fraser) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 16 points, 11 rebounds and 8 assists. Forward Bianca Babic (183-94, college: Murray St.) contributed with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. Four Thunder players scored in double figures.
