Undefeated Tigers (14-1) recorded its first loss in Marden. Visitors were defeated by sixth ranked Flames (7-7) 73-59. It was an exceptional evening for guard Alex Wilson (174-94) who led the winners with a triple-double by scoring 25 points, 16 rebounds and 11 assists. Genna Anderson accounted for 23 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists for the winning side. Forward Teige Morrell came up with a double-double by scoring 21 points, 14 rebounds and 5 assists and guard Morgan Yaeger (175-98, college: Oregon) added 17 points and 5 rebounds respectively for Tigers in the defeat. Tigers' coach rotated ten players and allowed the starting five to rest. Flames maintains sixth place in League with 7-7 record. Tigers at the other side still keep top position with one game lost. Flames will play against league's second-placed Sabres in Pasadena in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Tigers will play on the road against Rockets in Adelaide and hope to get back on the winning track.
