Regular Season Round 10: Saints - Nuggets 85-101

The game between closely ranked teams ended with fourth ranked Nuggets' (8-4) road victory over 5th ranked Saints (6-6) 101-85 on Friday. Australian guard Michael Harris (193-1999) scored 33 points (!!!) and 8 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and American swingman Todd Withers (202-1996, college: Queens, NC) chipped in 27 points and 8 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side Australian guard Kyle Adnam (186-1993) responded with 12 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists and the former international forward Taane Samuel (200-1999) scored 21 points. Four Nuggets and five Saints players scored in double figures. Saints' coach rotated ten players seeing no chance for a win. Defending champion moved-up to second place, which they share with Rams and Bulls. Loser Saints keep the fifth position with six games lost. Nuggets will meet at home league's second-placed Rams in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Saints will play against Airs and hope to secure a win.
