Sharks looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists comparing to just 10 passes made by Nationals' players. The former international guard Lauren Nicholson (183-1993, college: SMC) nailed 29 points, 7 rebounds and 8 assists for the winning side and Olivia White accounted for 9 points and 21 rebounds. Four Sharks players scored in double figures. Guard Maddison Penn (183-1994, college: UBC) came up with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 16 rebounds and Lizzy Tonks added 17 points and 10 rebounds respectively for Nationals in the defeat.
