Day 4 Fiji defeated Marshall Islands 78-37
Fijians defeated easily the Marshall Islands in their last game of the group phase. The Fijians started well the game taking a good lead in the first quarter. Marshall Islands come back in the second quarter, however the Fijians were unfazed by that were power home in the second half shutting down the Marshall Island offence. Laisiasa Puamau top scored with 16 points, while he receive support from Akuila Uluivanuavatu with 12 points, Etuate Wairawaqai and Leonard Whippy with 10 points a piece. For Marshall Islands Uluaofaiga Tagoililagi top scored with 9 points
New Caledonia defected Papua New Guinea 88-56
New Caledonia goes to the crossover phase being undefeated in their group stage by winning in convincing fashion Papua New Guinea. New Caledonia dominated the third quarters of the game to run easy victors against PNG. For New Caledonia Fabrice Chaliot top scored with 22 points and grabbed 7 rebounds, while he had good support from Raymond Weber, Felix Kilikili and Lorenzo Subiranas. For PNG, Joe Elavo and Lawrence Lahari top scored with 11 points a piece

Day 5
Solomon Islands defeated Guam 60-57
In one of the bigger surprises in this tournament the Solomon Islands defeated Guam in a thrilling contest. Solomon Island took the lead in the second quarter and had a great third quarter only 1 point in the quarter. Guam fought really hard to get back into the game but it wasn’t enough. Samuel Gwali had 14 points for the Solomon Island with fellow teammates Goldie Kari and George Fafale scoring 10 points a piece. For Guam Willie Stinnett scored 17 points and grabbed 7 rebounds and Ed Calvo had 14 points
Palau defeated FS Micronesia 62-54
Palau defeated FS Micronesia to gain second spot in their group. Palau did their damage in the third quarter with a 24-8 run. Despite FSM comeback in the fourth it was too late to get their first win in the tournament. For the host nation, Sunshine Soalablai had 9 points and 10 rebounds. For FSM Kelvin Sam had a game high 18 points.
