SMPG Day 6: Crossover games

Guam had an easy game over their neighbours Marshall Islands with a confortable 37 point margin. Guam dominated in all four quarters and will have a tough game in the semi-finals against the Fijians. BYU-Hawaii Vincent Estella top scored with 12 points for Guam while Sandy Fejeran, Rechie Rechebong and Willie Stinnett all scored 11 points a piece.  For Marshall Islands who are regulated for the 5th to 8th place games, Rodney Langrus had 14 points and 9 rebounds

New Caledonia defeated FS Micronesia 72-48

A great offensive display in the thrid quarter, ensure the favourites to the semifinals.  The experience duo of Fabrice Chaliot and Lorenzo Subiranas were the main offensive weapons for New Caledonia with 22 and 16 points respectively.  For FSM Daystone Roby had 18 points.

Fiji defeated Solomon Islands 71-47

Papua New Guinea defeated Palau 89-80
