2012 Pacific Youth Championships: Australia roll past Fiji

Australia quite expectedly cruised past Fiji in the first semifinal of the 2012 Pacific Youth Championships. The hosts will now take on New Zealand in the title game.
Alexandra Sharp, Morgan Yaeger and Bridget OBrien notched 15 points each for the winners.
Australia built a 25:3 lead after ten minutes. The hosts stretched the gap in the second quarter. Australia accounted for a 45:11 halftime lead. The Aussies did not loosen the grasp after the big break. They piled up a 68:16 lead at the final break and never looked back again. Danijela Milisic provided 13 points in the victory. Ro Naivaluvou answered with 7 points for Fiji. Tiyana Kainamoli had 5 points in the loss.
