Jonathan Galloway
BBC Monthey (SBL) signed 24-year old Guamanian international power forward Jonathan Galloway (210-107kg-96, college: UC Irvine). He is a dual citizen owning also American passport. Galloway already started the season at KK Zadar in Croatian Premijer Liga. In 6 games he had 5.0ppg and 5.2rpg this season. Galloway also played 3 games in ABA League where he recorded just 1.0ppg and 2.3rpg. The last season he played at Bakken in Danish BasketLigaen. The team played in three different competitions (!!!) that year, and Galloway had a chance to explore basketball on different levels. In 19 Danish BasketLigaen games he averaged 8.4ppg, 9.2rpg, 1.2apg and 1.5bpg. He helped them to win the regular season. Galloway also played 14 games in FIBA Europe Cup where he got only 2.9ppg and 3.6rpg (#3 in the league). Galloway also played 2 games in Basketball Champions League where he got 7.5ppg and 5.0rpg (#3 in the league).
He represented Guam at the Pacific Games in Apia (Samoa) last year. Galloway's team won Gold and his stats at that event were 5 games: 9.6ppg, Reb-5 (9.2rpg), FGP: 61.5%, FT: 41.0%.
Galloway graduated from University of California - Irvine in 2019 and it is his second season as a professional player.
