Newly promoted LoKoKo Bisons Loimaa (Korisliiga) added to their roster 25-year old American (has also Guamanian passport) power forward Jonathan Galloway (209cm-107kg-96, college: UC Irvine). Galloway already started the season at TED Ankara in Turkish TBL league. In two games he recorded 9.5ppg, 8.0rpg and 2.0apg.
The most of last season he spent at BBC Monthey in Swiss SBL where in 25 games he averaged 14.2ppg, 9.7rpg (#4 in the league), 1.3apg and 1.2bpg. A very spectacular season in his career as he was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Swiss SBL Honorable Mention and League Player of the Week. He also played for KK Zadar in Croatian Premijer Liga. In 6 games he had 5.0ppg and 5.2rpg. Galloway also played 3 games in ABA League where he got just 1.0ppg and 2.3rpg.
He represented Guam at the Pacific Games in Apia (Samoa) two years ago. Galloway's team won Gold and his stats at that event were 5 games: 9.6ppg, Reb-5 (9.2rpg), FGP: 61.5%, FT: 41.0%.
Galloway has played also professionally in Denmark (Bakken).
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others his team won Danish League Regular Season in 2020. He was selected to All-Big West 1st Team in 2019 at his college time.
Galloway attended University of California - Irvine until 2019 and it is his third season as a professional player.
