Guam stormed past Northern Mariana 94-46 in Mangilao at the 2022 Micronesian Cup. They started with a 28-17 lead and never looked behind. Mia San-Nicolas (180-C-2001) stepped up with 18 points and Elysia Perez (163-G-2000) netted 13. Derin Stinnett (168-SG-1990) brought 12, whilst Kara Duenas (163-SF-1995) had 10. E'Anna Won (170-G-2001) replied with 15 points in a loss and Ky'Sonna Won netted 10.
