SPMG Day4: Marshall Islands ended 4th in the pool B

The Marshall Islands tried their best but they simply couldn't match a team like Fiji, they lost 37-78 in their last pool game. The team is 4th and last in the pool B with a 0-3 record, they'll now look at the pool A to see which team they will face next in the South-Pacific Mini-Games Men Basketball tournament.

 

Marshall Islands - Fiji: 37-78
Wayne Anjain, the team's best player, was targeted by the Fiji defense and was unable to get anything done. He only scored 2pts 1/10FG in 34min. Ulualofaigai Tagoililagi scored a team-high 9pts 3/9FG in 21min while Nelson Langkio added 6pts 2/11FG 6rbs and 6st in 32min.

The Marshall Islands national team will now look carefully at the last day of action in the pool A to see which team they will play in the quarterfinals.
