Vanuatu - Fiji 61-123
Fiji cruised past Vanuatu to register the first win in Solomon Islands. Fiji recorded a 62-30 halftime lead. They sank 61 points in the second half and cruised to the victory. Tyrone McLennan (188-G-2000) stepped up with 44 points, while Joshua Fox (202-F/C-1994, college: UC Davis) added 23 points and 9 rebounds for Fiji. Ashley Vora (2005) netted 22 points for Vanuatu.

Papua New Guinea - New Caledonia 77-74
Papua New Guinea held off New Caledonia to improve at 3-0 record atop of the standings. New Caledonia recorded a 34-33 halftime lead. They extended the margin at 9-point mark heading into the fourth term. But Papua New Guinea used a 23-11 run in the fourth quarter to snatch the win. Steeven Sillant (186-G-1991) stepped up with 17 points, while Paul Boawe (182-SG-1990) had 15 points for New Caledonia. Moses Apiko (184-PG-1993) answered with 21 points, 12 rebounds and 6 assists for Papua New Guinea.
