Northern Mariana Islands - Palau 74-53
Northern Mariana Islands overcame Palau for the first win in Mangilao. Palau led by one point after ten minutes. But Northern Mariana Islands sank 26 points in the second frame to take a 41-31 halftime lead. They followed with an 18-8 rally in the fourth frame to secure the win. E'Anna Won (170-G-2001) tossed in 21 points and grabbed 16 rebounds, while Ky Won (168-G-2003) added 17 points and 11 steals for the winners. Kristen Sugiyama (2002) delivered 16 points and 14 rebounds for Palau.

Guam - Micronesia 125-13
Guam earned the second straight victory at the tournament as they rolled past Micronesia. Guam accumulated a 68-6 halftime lead. Guam poured in 57 points in the second half to seal the victory. Janniliese Quintanilla (2003) and Mia San-Nicolas (180-C-2001) finished with 18 points each for Guam. Jilda Lemangmai (163-F-1998) answered with 7 points for Micronesia.
