Australia rout New Caledonia to enter semis of the Pacific Championship 2013. They outscored New Caledonia 95:53 in the Quarterfinal game.
Australia was the favorite of the game and started with a 24-10 rally. They added 23-16 run in the second frame and enjoyed a 47:26 halftime advantage. Moreover the second half also belonged to Australia that posted two victories. They came up with a 19-13 run in the third period and finished the game with a 29-14 surge.
Joel Smith top-scored for the winners with 19 points and Gerasimos McKay nailed 16. Rhys Vague delivered 12, whilst Callum Barker collected 10 points and 10 rebounds. Taufana ended up with 19 points in defeat and Fenuafanote posted 10. Meztdorf poured in 8, whilst Delaunay-Belleville added 7.
