Territorial: the North teams eliminated in the first round

Even if basketball is improving in the North Province, the South is still dominating. The two best North teams were unable to defeat their southern opponent in the Territorial opening round. The four best teams from the South will now play a round robin phase before the semfinals. Mont-Dore easily defeated Voh with a 32-point win while Rivière-Salee had a much tougher game againt Nepoui, ASRS only won 69-68. Both teams will join AS6km and JSVDT in the pool phase
