Taranaki Mountainairs (NBL) agreed terms with 30-year old Jamaican power forward Kevin Foster (203-104kg-89, college: Fresno State, agency: Haylett Sports). He just played at Real Esteli in Nicaraguan LSB league. In three games he had 13.7ppg and 5.0rpg this season.
In 2013 Foster was drafted by Reno Bighorns (D-League) in second round (19th overall).
He attended Fresno State and it will be his sixth season in pro basketball.
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others Foster won Venezuelan LNB championship title in 2016. He was also voted Latinbasket.com All-Venezuelan LNB Imported Player of the Year and Latinbasket.com Venezuelan LNB All-Imports Team back in 2016.
Foster is quite experienced player. He has played also professionally in Argentina (Hispano Americano de Rio Gallegos), Canada (Titans), Dominican Rep., Dominican Republic (Huracanes del Atlantico and Cupes), NBA G League (Iowa Wolves and Lakeland Magic), ABA (Tampa Bay R., South Florida Gold and Daytona B. S.), Venezuela (Broncos) and The Basketball Tournament (Tampa 20/20).
