Washington
KL Malaysia Dragons (ASEAN League) tabbed 26-year old American forward Curtis Washington (208-109kg-91, college: Georgia State). He played in the summer at Taranaki Mountainairs in New Zealand NBL league. In 6 games he averaged 9.0ppg, 7.2rpg, 1.0apg and 1.0bpg. Washington also played that season for Giants (also in NBL) where in 10 games he had 9.3ppg and 4.2rpg.
He won UBA championship title in 2015.
Washington is a very experienced player. And here thanks to pro basketball he experienced life in six different countries playing on four different continents. He is familiar with Asian, Latin American, Australian and of course North American leagues. Washington has played previously professionally in Argentina (Instituto), Canada (London Lightning), Saudi Arabia (Al Fateh), Dominican Republic (San Carlos), UBA (GIE Maile Matrix) and NBA G League (Maine Red Claws).
He attended Georgia State until 2015 and it will be his third season in pro basketball.
