TAI JACK WEBSTER

Galatasaray Odeabank Istanbul (BSL) landed 23-year old New Zealander international guard Tai Jack Webster (193-89kg-95, college: Nebraska). He played most recently at Miami Heat in the NBA. He received also Eurobasket.com All-German Bundesliga Honorable Mention award in 2018.
Webster won Australian NBL championship title in 2013.
Webster has been also a member of New Zealand international program for some years. He has regularly played for New Zealand senior team since 2012 and previously for U18 National Team back in 2012.
Webster also represented New Zealand at the Olympic Games Additional Qualifying Round in Caracas (Venezuela) six years ago. His stats at that event were 2 games: 13.5ppg, 2.0rpg, 1.0apg.
Webster has played also professionally in Germany (Deutsche Bank Skyliners).
He attended University of Nebraska until 2017 and it will be his second season in pro basketball.
Let's have closer look into Webster's outlook: A very promising PG, who can yet quarterback a team at senior level. He can score in lots of ways, passes the ball very well and has great quickness. Need to improve his slow tempo game and his passing selection (turnovers risk..).

Galatasaray Odeabank Istanbul roster for 2018-2019:
