American guard Tae Hardy (190-G-1998, college: UTEP) was the top scorer of the day in the world with the 35 points he had in the New Zealand league. Hardy graduated from The University of Texas at El Paso last year. His excellent performance made his team the Bulls beat the Nuggets 95 to 87. He also grabbed 7 rebounds and got 10 assists that game. Hardy is the 5th best scorer in the league averaging over 22 points and almost 7 assists per game. 7 out of the top 10 highest scorers in the league are alumni of US colleges. Among many awards he won the NJCAA D1 Gulf District championship title in 2020. He was selected to the All MACJC First Team back in 2020 during his college time.
