Guam outscored Tonga to claim the second straight win in Apia. Guam recorded a 40:26 halftime lead. Guam unloaded 61 points in the second half and raced to the win. Takumi Simon (188-F-00) produced 30 points, while Jesus Cruz (173-PG-85) added 23 points for the winners. Marcus Alipate (182-G-92, college: St.Thomas) replied with 26 points for Tonga.

New Caledonia - Samoa 76-63
New Caledonia remained undefeated as they topped Samoa. Beniela Adjouhgniope (196-F-91) stepped up with 15 points and 10 rebounds in the win. New Caledonia used a 31:15 run in the third term to clear off for good. Steeven Sillant (186-G-91) and Yann Mathelon (185-G-85) had 11 points apiece in the victory. Theodore McFarland (198-C-95) answered with 20 points and 15 rebounds for Samoa.
