Guam - Cook Islands 67-66
Guam nipped Cook Islands to reach the semifinal stage in Apia. Cook Island accounted for a 19:13 lead after ten minutes. They secured a 6-point lead heading into the fourth term. But Guam used a 21:14 run in the final period to snatch the win. Destiny Castro (168-SG-97) delivered 22 points and 12 rebounds, while Joylyn Pangilinan (163-SG-98) added 16 points for Guam. Ajiah Pepe replied with game-high 30 points for Cook Islands.

Samoa - Tahiti 84-70
Samoa paved their way into the semifinal stage as they beat Tahiti. Samoa grabbed a 44:31 halftime lead. They extended the margin at 18-point mark at the final break and raced to the win. Malama Leaupepe (173-G-96) produced 27 points, 9 rebounds and 7 assists, while Sommer Motufoua (168-G-00) had 12 points in the win. Alizee Lefrance (175-F-91) replied with 19 points and 15 rebounds for Tahiti.
