Guam knocked down Papua New Guinea to reach the title game. Guam registered a 64:27 halftime lead and never looked back en route to the victory. Six players scored in double digits for the winning side. Wesley Russell (193-G-93, college: Ohio Christian) tallied 19 points and 11 rebounds, while Jesus Cruz (196-G-98) added 19 points for Guam. Marty Leahy (200-SF-97, college: WKU) replied with 13 points for Papua New Guinea.

Tahiti advanced into the championship game in Apia. They nipped Fiji to enter the Final. Fiji recorded a 39:37 halftime lead. Tahiti held Fiji to just 10 points in the third term to ensure a 2-point lead. They sank 24 points in the fourth stanza to ice the victory. Ariirimarau Meuel (196-G/F-88) notched 26 points, while Derrick Scott (203-G) added 14 points and 9 rebounds in the win. Joshua Fox (198-F-94, college: UC Davis, agency: MKP Management) replied with 20 points and 16 rebounds for Fiji.
