Peched Raw snaps Breakers’ win run in NBL division 1

Peched Raw used a third quarter rampage to outshine the Breakers with a 94-66 victory on Wednesday night in Division I of the 2006 National Basketball League at the Palau National Gymnasium.
Sunshine Soalablai and Weston Ketebengang led Peched Raw抯 assault as they finished with 28 and 26 points, respectively.
Lyndon Ngiralmau also contributed with 14.
Taka Gibbons and Robinson had 14 and 10 for the Breakers?whose six-game winning run since the first round was snapped.
They are now in third place with a 10-4 slate.
Peched Raw has improved its second round record to 5-1 and compiled its overall all standings to 11-5 in second place behind Division leader Styxers (12-3).
The Styxers posted one of the most lopsided wins against Palau Pacific Resort, 107-53 also on Wednesday night.
Mesikt and Wallace Rikrik led the Styxers with 25 and 22 points, respectively while Una Rikrik and Dwight had 15 apiece.
Earlier on Monday, Meda defeated Peched Raw, 85-66, to stay in the thick of the fight with a 10-6 card in fourth place.
