Day 3: PNG women still defeated

Papua New Guinea women's team is still undefeated in the tournament as the notch another victory this time against the Solomon Islands . After a balanced first quarter the Solomon island offence capitulated and Papua New Guinea run away with the game.. For PNG Marcia Muri top scored with 17 points and 5 steals. Shalom Akao top scored for the Solomon Islands with 12 points. Even without star play Louise Wallace they managed to win this game and preserve energy for the all important clash against the Fijians which is set the the next few days.
