Many close games in the third day of action in the 2007 South Pacific Games in Apia. While Guam and Fijji recorded some important wins over Samoa and New Caledonia, the Solomon Islands caused the first major upset of the tournament with a 3-point one over Tahiti, a strong candidate for a medal.
