Australia - Tahiti 100:52

Australia cruised past Tahiti to reach the Pacific Championship Final. Lauren Scherf (195-C-96) stepped up with 25 points, 15 boards and 5 assists to lead the Aussies. They will now take on New Zealand for the trophy.
Australia set the tone early in the game. They cleared off to a 21:9 lead after ten minutes. Australia maintained the lead throughout the second quarter. They registered a 48:20 halftime advantage. Australia stayed in charge throughout the third term. They dropped 21 points in the next frame and secured a 31-point buffer before the fourth term. The Aussies unleashed 31 points in the fourth frame and sealed the win at the end. Montana Farrah-Seaton (178-G-96) and Fareo had 18 points apiece in the victory. Maea Lextreyt and Orama chipped in 15 points each in the defeat.
