Ofa Tulikihihifo (180-G/F-84, college: Cal.St. Northridge) sign with BG 74 Gottingen for the next season. The player from Tonga remains one of the best players abroad.
In 2005-2006 Ofa joined CSU-Northridge (NCAA1) and in 2006-2007 played for Cal.St. Northridge (NCAA, starting five). In 26 games she averaged 15.2ppg, 7.3rpg, 3.0apg, 1.7spg, FGP: 44.7%, 3Pts: 29.0%, FT: 64.7%. In 2007-2008 played for BG 74 Goettingen (Germany-DBBL, starting five) and after 22 games became the top-scorer of the League with 19.5ppg, Reb-2 (9.5rpg), 2.9apg, 2.8spg, 2FGP: 46.3%, 3PT: 34.6%, FT: 72.6%.
After the promotion in the 2nd DBBL,Goettingen was able to sign one of the top players of the 1st DBBL Ofa Tulikihihifo. She is very known by the fans from the season 2007/08, where she led the team under Vlastibor Klimes. In the mean time, she played in Poland and Sweden bevor she came back to join the DBBL last season. Ofa Tulikihihifo played for the BC Wildcats Wolfenbuettel also under Head Coach Vlastibor Klimes , where she was the TopScorer of the team and 6th in scoring in the league with 16.3ppg. She also snatched 5.8rpg, 1.9apg, 1.6spg, and helped the team reaching the Top4 in German Cup.
