State League top team - BA CoE (3-0) had no problems winning another game on Sunday. This time they crushed eleventh ranked Bruins (0-3) in Canberra 108-60. BA CoE dominated down low during the game scoring 72 of its points in the paint compared to Bruins' 36. They outrebounded Bruins 50-25 including a 21-3 advantage in offensive rebounds. BA CoE looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists comparing to just 11 passes made by Bruins' players. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when BA CoE made 8 blocks. Katie Deeble orchestrated the victory by scoring 28 points, 9 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals.
