No shocking result in a game when tenth ranked Sabres (3-2) crushed bottom-ranked Diamond Valley Eagles (0-5) in Cheltenham 79-57 on Saturday. Sabres forced 33 Diamond Valley Eagles turnovers. Quite impressive performance for the former international Rachel Jarry (185-91) who helped to win the game recording 22 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. The former international Jenna OHea (185-87) contributed with 24 points and 4 steals for the winners. Sabres had such big advantage that coach felt comfortable to give the chance to play for 11 players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. Forward Olivia Bontempelli (179-93) replied with 14 points and 6 rebounds and Ivana Vasiljevic added 13 points in the effort for Diamond Valley Eagles. Sabres moved-up to ninth place in League. Loser Diamond Valley Eagles still closes the standings with five games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
