No shocking result in a game in Terrigal where eighth ranked Sydney City Comets (6-5) won against 12th ranked Crusaders (3-7) 90-73 on Saturday. American point guard William Johnston (188-92, college: S.Georgia Tech) fired 28 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Forward Ryan Abbott (198-2) chipped in 24 points and 9 rebounds. Tye McGann produced a double-double by scoring 26 points and 10 rebounds (on 12-of-15 shooting from the field) and Luke Cassidy added 13 points and 4 steals respectively for lost side. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Sydney City Comets moved-up to seventh place in League. Loser Crusaders dropped to the eleventh position with seven games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
