The game in Brisbane was also quite interesting. 6th ranked JackJumpers (7-9) played at the court of eighth ranked Bullets (6-10). Bullets managed to secure a 8-point victory 94-86 on Saturday. Bullets made 24-of-29 free shots (82.8 percent) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. American forward Robert Franks (203-1996, college: WSU) nailed a double-double by scoring 23 points and 11 rebounds for the winning side and his fellow American import swingman Lamar Patterson (196-1991, college: Pittsburgh) accounted for 16 points and 10 assists. Five Bullets players scored in double figures. American point guard Josh Magette (185-1989, college: UAH) came up with 15 points and 8 assists and the former international forward Jack McVeigh (203-1996, college: Nebraska) added 21 points respectively for JackJumpers in the defeat. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Bullets moved-up to seventh place. Newly promoted JackJumpers keep the sixth position with nine games lost. Bullets will meet league's leader United in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. JackJumpers will have a break next round.
