Undefeated leader Thunder delivered the eleventh consecutive win on Sunday night. This time they beat 11th ranked Force (4-9) 80-64 in Booval. The best player for the winners was forward Mikaela Ruef (191-1990, college: Stanford) who had a double-double by scoring 22 points, 19 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals. New Zealand forward Ashley Taia (182-1994, college: Indiana St.) chipped in 20 points. American forward Amanda Cahill (188-1996, college: Indiana, agency: LBM Management) produced 19 points and 8 rebounds and the other American import power forward Brianna Rollerson (185-1994, college: Creighton) added 10 points and 14 rebounds respectively for the hosts. Four Force players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Thunder maintains first place in League with 11-0 record. Force at the other side keeps the eleventh position with nine games lost. Thunder will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Force will play against Salties (#17) and is hoping to prove to their supporters that the loss was just an accident.
