Top ranked Rollers (11-4) recorded its fourth loss in Loganholme on Sunday night. Visitors were defeated by fifth ranked Thunder (9-4) 101-83. Thunder outrebounded Rollers 56-41 including 41 on the defensive glass. It was a great evening for American guard Jeremy Kendle (186-1988, college: Bellarmine) who led his team to a victory scoring 21 points and 6 rebounds. Naturalized Danish guard Rasmus Bach (193-1995, college: Fort Lewis) helped adding 22 points and 5 rebounds. Point guard Mitch Donovan (182) responded with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 18 rebounds and the former international guard Jason Cadee (186-1991) scored 20 points, 8 rebounds and 8 assists. Five Thunder and four Rollers players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Thunder moved-up to fourth place in League. Loser Rollers still keep top position with four games lost. Thunder will meet at home Ipswich Force (#8) in the next round. Rollers will have a break next round.
