The game between closely ranked teams ended with 12th ranked Bankstown Bruins' (5-14) home loss to eleventh ranked Crusaders (7-12) 92-98 on Saturday. Forward Callum Jenkins stepped up with a double-double by scoring 42 points (!!!) and 18 rebounds (was perfect 14-for-14 from the free throw line !!!) for the winners and Jacob Cracknell chipped in 15 points and 5 rebounds. Forward Lachlan Anderson (206-1997, college: EKU) responded with 25 points and 5 rebounds and forward Jack Lopez (196-1994, college: Montana) scored 25 points. Four Bankstown Bruins players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Crusaders maintains eleventh place in League with 7-12 record. Loser Bankstown Bruins keep the twelfth position with 14 games lost.
