Very predictable result when third ranked Suns (5-2) rolled over bottom-ranked Jets (0-7) in Upwey 83-62 on Saturday. Suns dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to Jets' 32 and made 16-of-19 free shots (84.2 percent) during the game. They outrebounded Jets 59-30 including a 20-8 advantage in offensive rebounds. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Suns made 7 blocks. New Zealand forward Alicia Carline (190-1993, college: Portland St.) notched a double-double by scoring 21 points, 19 rebounds and 6 blocks to lead the effort and American Porsche Poole (175-1989, college: Michigan St.) supported her with 17 points. Poole is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Five Suns players scored in double figures.
