Another interesting game for Senators (6-5) which hosted in Perth against 4th placed Redbacks (8-4). Eighth ranked Senators won 93-85. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Redbacks. Forward Caleb Davis (206-1995, college: SVSU) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 13 rebounds for the winners and George Pearl chipped in 20 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists. The best for the losing side was American guard Bryton Hobbs (183-1991, college: Northeastern St.) with 26 points and 4 steals and swingman Tevin Jackson (202-1994, college: McNeese St.) produced a double-double by scoring 16 points and 11 rebounds. Five Senators and four Redbacks players scored in double figures. Redbacks' coach rotated twelve players in this game, but that didn't help. Senators moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Northside W. and NGC Seahawks. Redbacks at the other side keep the fourth position with four games lost. They share it with S.Adelaide P.. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
