There was a small surprise in Perth where seventh ranked Senators (8-7) won against 5th ranked Magic (11-6) 81-63 on Sunday. Senators forced 19 Magic turnovers. The best player for the winners was guard Stacey Barr (173-1992, college: Idaho) who scored 20 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Forward Mackenzie Clinch-Hoycard (191-1998, college: Hawaii) chipped in a double-double by scoring 16 points and 12 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field). Four Senators players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was American-American Samoan power forward Sarah Toeaina (185-1996, college: Hawaii) who recorded 20 points and 7 rebounds and forward Hannah Hank (188, college: Clemson) added 16 points and 12 rebounds respectively.
