There was an upset in Wendouree where higher ranked Eltham Wildcats (11-8) were defeated by eleventh ranked Ballarat Miners (9-10) 82-68 on Sunday. The best player for the winners was American power forward Tyler Rudolph (198-1996, college: Minot St.) who had a double-double by scoring 38 points (!!!) and 12 rebounds. Guard Jack Davidson (185-1998) chipped in 12 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. The former international guard Angus Glover (192-1998) produced 19 points and 4 assists and forward Ovie Magbegor (196-1998, college: UWG) added 6 points and 14 rebounds respectively for the guests. Ballarat Miners moved-up to tenth place, which they share with 3 other teams. Loser Eltham Wildcats dropped to the sixth position with eight games lost. They share it with Warwick S..
