No shocking result in a game when second ranked Tigers (13-5) crushed 4th placed Bearcats (10-8) in Morphett Vale 91-69 on Saturday. Tigers looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. Guard Morgan Yaeger (175-1998, college: Oregon) nailed 33 points (!!!) and 6 rebounds for the winning side and forward Mollie McKendrick (183-1993, college: Boston U.) accounted for 23 points, 6 rebounds, 10 assists and 4 steals. Four Tigers players scored in double figures. Guard Jasmin Fejo (177-2000) came up with a double-double by scoring 20 points, 5 rebounds and 10 assists and Genna Anderson added 16 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists respectively for Bearcats in the defeat. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Tigers maintains second place with 13-5 record having eleven points less than leader Wyndham D. Loser Bearcats keep the fourth position with eight games lost. They share it with 3 other teams. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
