Townsville Fire dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Perth Lynx's 36 and made 18-of-23 free shots (78.3 percent) during the game. 24 personal fouls committed by Perth Lynx helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities.
