Very expected game whenNorthern Force was edged at home by Frankston Blues 83-81 on Friday. Forward Louise Brown (189-1995, college: Tennessee) notched a double-double by scoring 20 points and 13 rebounds to lead the effort and guard Emily Monaghan (175, college: S.Nazarene) supported her with 24 points and 5 rebounds. Even a double-double of 29 points and 14 rebounds by the former international forward Keely Froling (188-1996, college: SMU) did not help to save the game for Northern Force . Austrian guard Rebekka Kalaydjiev (172-1999, college: Southeastern, agency: Crossover Management) added 10 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists for the hosts.
