Regular Season Round 6: Maitland M. - BA CoE 64-73

No shocking result in a game in Maitland where seventh ranked BA CoE (3-1) won against 9th ranked Mustangs (2-4) 73-64 on Sunday. BA CoE forced 24 Maitland turnovers. The best player for the winners was forward Zara Russell (185-2007) who scored 26 points and 5 assists. Forward Aspen Crase (183-2008) chipped in 12 points and 8 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was forward Shakera Reilly (178-1999) who recorded 18 points and 7 rebounds and American forward Kasey Neubert (185, college: San Diego) added 12 points and 10 rebounds respectively. Four Maitland players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. BA CoE moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Sutherland. Loser Mustangs dropped to the tenth position with four games lost. They share it with 4 other teams. BA CoE will meet Illawarra H.
