Not a big story in a game in Booval where 8th rankedForce (1-2) was outplayed by third ranked Meteorettes (3-1) 90-66 on Saturday. Mackay looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists comparing to just 11 passes made by Ipswich F. 's players. It was a great evening for forward Monique Bobongie (178-2006) who led her team to a victory scoring 22 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. Forward Chelsea Brook (188-1998) helped adding 17 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists. Four Meteorettes players scored in double figures. At the losing side Georgia Ralph responded with 15 points and 5 rebounds and guard Olivia West (168, college: UC Riverside) scored 15 points. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Mackay maintains third place with 3-1 record having nine points less than leader Sandringham S. Loser Force keeps the eighth position with two games lost. They share it with SC Phoenix.
