The game between Top Four teams took place in Christchurch. Second-best host Rams (9-5) lost to third ranked Nuggets (10-5) 107-94. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international guard Tai Webster (193-1995, college: Nebraska) who helped to win the game recording 28 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists and Australian guard Michael Harris (193-1999) who added 30 points and 5 rebounds during the contest. The best for the losing side was the former international Corey Webster (188-1988, college: Lambuth) with 18 points, 6 rebounds and 8 assists and the former international forward Maxwell Darling (196-2000, agency: Octagon Europe) scored 16 points and 8 rebounds. Four Nuggets and five Rams players scored in double figures. Rams' coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Defending champion maintains third position with 10-5 record behind leader Tuatara. Rams at the other side dropped to the fourth place with five games lost. Nuggets are looking forward to face league's second-placed Bulls in Pukekohe in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Rams will play on the road against the league's leader Tuatara in Auckland and are hoping to win this game.
