The game between closely ranked teams ended with 5th rankedNuggets ' (4-3) home loss to fourth ranked Tuatara (6-2) in Dunedin 72-98 on Saturday. The winners were led by the former international forward Thomas Vodanovich (201-1994, college: JMU) who scored that evening 20 points and 6 rebounds and American guard Josh Dilling (193-2001, college: NKU) supported him with 15 points and 7 assists. Even 12 points and 9 rebounds by forward Isaac Miller-Jose (203-1998, college: Manitoba) did not help to save the game for Nuggets . American swingman Buay Tuach (198-1995, college: LMU, agency: Haylett Sports) added 13 points and 5 rebounds for the hosts. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Tuatara moved-up to second place. Nuggets lost third consecutive game. They keep the fifth position with three games lost.
