   #1. This week's number one is former international power forward Ben Simmons (208-96, college: LSU, currently plays in NBA). He could not help the Philadelphia 76ers (22-12) in their last game. Despite Simmons' very good performance the Philadelphia 76ers (22-12) lost 103-110 on the road to the Toronto Raptors. He was the top scorer with 28 points. Simmons also added 9 rebounds and 5 assists in 39 minutes on the court. It's Simmons' fifth season with the team. He has individually a very good year with high stats. Simmons averages: 16.0ppg, 8.1rpg, 7.9apg, 1.6spg, 2FGP: 57.8%(175-303), 3FGP: 28.6% and FT: 66.5% in 29 games he played so far. He played for the Australian senior national team seven years ago.

   #2. Second place goes to an experienced former international small forward Joe Ingles (203-87, currently plays in NBA). Ingles was the major contributor in an Utah Jazz's victory against the Charlotte Hornets (16-17) crushing them 132-110 in the NBA on Monday night. He scored 21 points, grabbed 5 rebounds and dished 6 assists in 30 minutes. The Utah Jazz has a very good 27-7 record this season. Ingles is one of the most experienced players in a team as it's his seventh year in Utah Jazz's roster.    #3. The Australian player who performed third best last week abroad was former international point guard Patrick Mills (183-88, college: St.Mary's, CA, currently plays in NBA). Mills was not able to help the San Antonio Spurs (17-12) in their last game on Wednesday. Despite his very good performance the San Antonio Spurs (17-12) were edged 102-99 in Oklahoma City by the Thunder. Mills was the second best scorer with 15 points. He also added 3 passes. Mills has been at the team for nine years. This season Mills has very high stats. He averages: 13.3ppg, 1.8rpg, 2.7apg, 2FGP: 53.6%, 3FGP: 39.9% and FT: 89.5%. Mills played for the Australian national team two years ago.

   #4. Center Aron Baynes (208-86, college: WSU, currently plays in NBA) was not able to secure a victory for the Toronto Raptors (17-17) in their last game. Despite his good performance the Toronto Raptors (17-17) lost 102-109 in Philadelphia to the 76ers. Baynes scored 11 points and grabbed 4 rebounds in 30 minutes. This year Baynes' overall stats are: 5.9ppg and 5.4rpg in 31 games. He has a dual citizenship: Australian and New Zealand. Baynes used to play for the Australian national team back in 2019.

Wilcher was MVP of the game. He scored 23 points, had 4 rebounds and dished 7 assists in 33 minutes. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Bristol Academy Flyers (2-4) is placed third in the BBL. It's Wilcher's first season with the team. This year Wilcher has relatively solid stats: 11.9ppg, 2.0rpg and 3.8apg in eight games. He is a former international player as he played for the Australian senior team twelve years ago.

He recorded a double-double by scoring 12 points and getting 13 rebounds. Brandt also added 3 assists. Shiga Lakestars (15-24) are placed seventh in West group. Brandt's stats this season are: 12.1ppg, 8.4rpg and 3.3apg. He used to play for the Australian national team back in 2018.

Bannan had a double-double by scoring 19 points and getting 13 rebounds in 38 minutes. The University of Montana has 7-9 conference record this season. There are only two games left until the end of the NCAA Regular Season. This year Bannan's total stats are: 8.5ppg and 5.6rpg in 23 games. He used to play for the Australian U17 national team three years ago.

Leaupepe averaged so far 10.7ppg and 4.9rpg. He is a former U19 international player as two years ago he still played for the Australian national team.

   #11. Former international power forward Nick Kay (206-92, college: MSU Denver, currently plays in Spain) couldn't help Real Betis in their game against Zaragoza in the Spanish Liga Endesa. He scored only 4 points and grabbed 6 rebounds. His team was edged 85-82. Kay has averaged so far 9.1ppg, 6.2rpg and 1.2apg. He used to play for the Australian national team two years ago.

   #12. Former University international guard Jonah Antonio (196-97, currently plays college basketball in the States) couldn't help the Wake Forest in their game against the Virginia Tech University in the NCAA. Despite his good performance in Saturday night's game He recorded 12 points. Antonio has averaged so far 7.1ppg and 2.5rpg. He used to play for the Australian university national team back in 2019.

   #13. Former international forward Rhys Vague (206-96, currently plays in Japan) contributed to a 1-point Kagawa FA's victory against the fourth-ranked Sendai 89ers 95-94 in the Japanese B2 League on Saturday night. Vague scored 13 points and grabbed 8 rebounds. Vague has averaged so far 9.8ppg, 8.6rpg and 1.7apg. He used to play for the Australian national team eight years ago.

Former U17 international guard Kobe Williamson (203-1, currently plays college basketball in the States) contributed to Seattle's victory against the Grand Canyon State University 63-57 in the NCAA in Friday night's game. Williamson scored 14 points in 29 minutes. Williamson has averaged so far 6.3ppg, 6.3rpg and 1.4bpg in 19 games. He used to play for the Australian U17 national team back in 2018.

   #15. Former U19 international forward Grant Anticevich (203, currently plays college basketball in the States) couldn't help the California in their game against the Oregon State University in the NCAA. Anticevich scored 7 points and added 3 passes in 30 minutes. His team was edged 59-57. Anticevich has averaged so far 8.8ppg, 4.5rpg and 1.8apg in 23 games. He used to play for the Australian U19 national team five years ago.

   #1. Kyrie Irving (190-G-92, college: Duke, currently plays in NBA) led Brooklyn Nets to a victory over the Orlando Magic (13-21) crushing them 129-92 in the NBA last Thursday. Irving was MVP of the game. He scored 27 points (!!!), grabbed 5 rebounds and dished 9 assists. The Brooklyn Nets have a solid 22-13 record this season. It was his team's eighth consecutive victory in a row. Irving has individually a very good season with high stats. He averages: 27.4ppg, 4.7rpg, 5.9apg and 1.2spg. Irving is a naturalized American. Strangely he has never played in Australia.

   #2. Lachlan Anderson (206-F-97, college: EKU, currently plays in Balkan League) could not help TFT Skopje (0-1) in their last game on Wednesday. Despite his very good performance the third-placed TFT Skopje (0-1) was defeated 87-83 at home by the leading Beroe in the group F of Balkan League. Anderson was the top scorer with 19 points. He also added 4 rebounds. There are only three games left until the end of the Balkan League Second Stage. So now every game will be critical. This season Anderson has very high stats. He averages: 20.5ppg, 4.3rpg, 1.3apg and 1.5spg.

   #3. Venkatesha Jois (203-F-93, college: EWU, currently plays in Serbia) was not able to help Pirot (7-16) in their last game. Despite Jois' very good performance Pirot lost in an overtime 82-94 on the road to the higher-ranked (#11) Radnicki KG. He was the top scorer with 16 points. Jois also added 7 rebounds in 25 minutes. Jois has relatively good stats this year: 10.8ppg, 5.4rpg and 2.0apg in five games he played so far.

   #4. Hugh Baxter (203-F, currently plays college basketball in the States), who plays in the NCAA was not able to secure a victory for the UCSD (2-10) in their last game. Despite his very good performance the UCSD lost 64-75 on their home court in La Jolla to the University of California - Irvine. Baxter recorded 28 points (!!!) in 30 minutes. There are only two games left until the end of the NCAA Regular Season. So now every game is very crucial. This year Baxter's total stats are: 9.7ppg, 2.9rpg and 1.6apg in 15 games.

   #5. Uche Dibiamaka (193-G, currently studies in the States) contributed to an easy victory against the Dallas Christian College (7-6) crushing them 116-51 in the NCAA on Sunday night. Dibiamaka recorded 15 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 27 minutes. The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley has 2-2 conference record this season. There are only two games left until the end of the NCAA Regular Season. Dibiamaka has averaged so far 9.0ppg, 3.5rpg and 1.5apg in 15 games.

   #6. Josh Tomasi (208-F, currently plays in NCAA2) couldn't help the St. Cloud State University (4-4) in their last game on Thursday. Despite his very good performance his team was edged 73-70 in Wayne by the State College. Tomasi scored 21 points, had 7 rebounds and made 2 blocks. Tomasi averaged so far 14.6ppg, 6.9rpg and 1.4bpg.

   #7. Liam Evans (198-F, currently plays in NCAA2) couldn't help the Concord University (4-2) in their last game. Despite his very good performance his team was badly defeated 100-81 in Glenville by the State College. Evans scored 20 points and grabbed 7 rebounds in 25 minutes. Evans has averaged so far 9.0ppg and 4.3rpg in six games.

   #8. Bul Kuol (201-G/F-96, is currently at the American university) contributed to Detroit's victory against the Robert Morris University 83-73 in the NCAA on Thursday night. He scored 14 points and grabbed 7 rebounds. This season Kuol has very high stats. He averages: 15.4ppg, 5.0rpg, 2.0apg and 1.3spg. Kuol has a dual citizenship: Australian and South Sudanese.

   #9. Riley Abercrombie (206-F, currently plays college basketball in the States), who plays in the NCAA couldn't help the Rice (6-10) in their last game. Despite his very good performance the Rice was crushed 79-58 on their home court in Houston by the Louisiana Tech University. Abercrombie recorded 15 points in 25 minutes. Abercrombie has averaged so far 8.2ppg and 4.2rpg in 24 games.

   #10. Jesse Hunt (203-F-97, college: EWU, currently plays in Germany) couldn't help one of league's weakest teams Rasta Vechta in their game against Telekom Baskets in the German BBL. Hunt scored 7 points and grabbed 6 rebounds in 26 minutes. His team lost 89-94. Hunt has averaged so far 7.5ppg and 6.5rpg in eight games.
