Jordan Geer had an amazing evening in the last round for McKinnon C. and receives a Hoops Agents State League Player of the Week award for round 11.
He recorded a triple-double of 25 points adding also 13 rebounds and 12 assists, while his team outclassed Sunbury J. (#4, 6-3) with 30-point margin 105-75. McKinnon C. is placed at 3rd position in Australian State League. They would have been even better if they did not have these two lost games earlier in Regular Season. McKinnon C. will need more victories to improve their 6-2 record. In the team's last game Geer had a remarkable 85.7% from 2-point range. He has many years of experience at McKinnon C., through which he has constantly improved. Geer has impressive league stats. He is in league's top in assists (2nd best: 7.8apg) and averages solid 64.4% FGP.
Second best performed player last round was Nic Pozoglou (196-G/F-96) of Cockburn C.. He is naturalized Greek swingman in his first season at Cockburn C.. In the last game Pozoglou recorded impressive double-double of 24 points and 16 rebounds. Of course he led Cockburn C. to another comfortable win 88-74 over Goldfields G. (2-2) being unquestionably team leader. This victory allowed Cockburn C. to move up to 6th position in NBL1 West. His team lost some distance to top teams. But 2-2 record is not bad and everything may still change. Pozoglou is one of the most experienced players at Cockburn C. and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.
Third place about best performers goes to center Nelson Kahler (206-C-94) of SC Phoenix (#4). Kahler scored 28 points and grabbed twelve rebounds (!!!). He was a key player of SC Phoenix, leading his team to a 98-56 easy win against USC Rip (#14, 0-1). SC Phoenix has a very good start of the season. But there was just one game played, so it's too early to judge them at this stage. Kahler also has a very good start of the season with very strong stats. The season just started for Kahler as he played only first game. But it already looks like he can be team's leader. Nelson Kahler has also Australian passport and can play in the league with a status of domestic player.

The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3* (REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4* (2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3* (2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3* (3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
