Perry Lakes Hawks (NBL1 West) strengthened their roster with addition of 24-year old American power forward Sara Loomis (188cm-1997, college: Ashland). Loomis just played at ZKK 021 Novi Sad in Serbian 1 ZLS. In 23 games she was league's second best scorer with impressive 18.9ppg and had 9.3rpg (#5 in the league), 1.5apg and 1.5spg last season. She helped them to make it to the Serbian Cup Semifinals. Loomis also played 16 games in WABA where she recorded very remarkable stats: 19.2ppg, 9.2rpg, 1.8apg and 1.3spg. The last season she played at Radivoj Korac (1 ZLS). In 21 games she was league's third best scorer with high stats: 18.9ppg and averaged 10.6rpg (leader !!!), 1.1apg, 1.7spg and 1.4bpg. She contributed to her team making it to the semifinals.
Loomis graduated from Ashland University in 2020 and it is her second season as a professional player.
